The goal is to create layers of protection within this company so it will always be fair, free and impartial. One of the methods of transparency will be to include profiles of everyone in the company. Those who are not willing to stand by their values and their decisions will not be hired. Cataculture will be producing regular public statements for discussion and public input.
Employee Profiles
Almost everyone in the company should be accessible in some form. If a moderator consistently bans individuals for politically biased reasons, that moderator can be fired. If the CEO consistently takes Cataculture in a direction, against the consensus of the public, the CEO can be fired or voted out by the public.
